“If you see a need, fill a need”. This statement holds so much truth to it and I believe it deserves some well needed attention. It’s not just a catchy quote from some cute movie. Nothing that has ever been said in truth has not already been said by the One Who created all of creation. Of course we will never find these exact words persay, in the Bible, but we will find some scripture that advises us to do this very thing and why. Lately it seems that so many young people are just out in the world, doing their own thing and not giving any heed to the consequences they will one day create. I can’t blame this younger generation for doing what feels good to them if they have never been taught the true word of God. This is a subject that is coming into reality over the generations. As God’s Word is gradually decreasing in our lives, we as a whole started gravitating towards the law of the land and not those of a Supreme God. As a result, we have created a new generation of inconsiderate, selfish, lazy, ill tempered people with bad attitudes. In each generation where the instructions of life are not taught and learned, it grows increasingly worse as these children have children. Marriage is not even a prerequisite anymore. Now, I’m not saying every young person in America fits this bill. Praise God, there are those who have studied the Word of God and are living a life that pleases Him. The problem though, they seem to be a minority.

In various recent articles I have been basing the lessons I have been seeking to share and teach on the text of the Bible, and these can be found under different categories. You cannot find a finer foundation than The Word of God, which we have in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments. At least, I do not know of a better one. If you do may I ask you to let me know.
When we reach this middle section of Acts Chapter 5, in the New Testament, I do ask you to continue to read the actual biblical text, and check everything I say. Never accept anything I write without checking it out.

I have long felt that if we could enter work the way we enter our first relationship, we could blow the US economy sky-high! The passion of that first relationship, the feeling of it being all consuming and all absorbing, if channeled into work throughout our world, would cause such an economic surge that there would be no stopping our country today.

Developing an understanding of the specific ways in which Generations X and Y view the world will provide your organization with valuable insight into how to attract, sustain and motivate the younger generations. When you speak their language and they understand your language, the stage is set for better communication, increased productivity and increased profitability. I was reminded of this when one of my client’s commented, “Why do my younger employees keep talking about this whole ‘balance’ thing, when there’s work to be done?”
There are a couple of important things to consider here.
